Non-Refundable Items

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any items unless they meet the conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

  1. Defective Products:
    • If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or otherwise defective, we will gladly issue a refund or replacement.
    • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report the issue. Include clear photographs of the defective product and its packaging as evidence.
  2. Incorrect or Missing Items:
    • If your order is incomplete or contains incorrect items, please notify us immediately. We will review the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a refund or reshipment.
  3. Quality Concerns:
    • If there is a valid concern about the quality of the product you received, please reach out to us with detailed information and evidence. We will evaluate the situation and determine if a refund or replacement is warranted.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs if applicable.
  1. Review Process:
    • Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 3-5 business days.
    • If your claim is approved, we will process the refund or arrange for a replacement.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part.  We CIBO RICCO offer free shipping to our customers in India till Date- 31 December 2025 in the marketing policy, but we charge Rs.- 60/- per item for this kind of refund and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
