Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Areas
    We currently ship to most of the pin codes in PAN India. Please note that shipping availability may vary depending on your location.
  2. Shipping Times
    Orders are typically processed within 1 business day from the time of purchase. Delivery times depend on your location, but generally, orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
  3. Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We CIBO RICCO is committed for free shipping till 31 December 2025. This free shipping policy is part of our marketing policy.

  1. Packaging
    We take extra care to package our food items securely to ensure they arrive fresh and intact. Depending on the nature of the items in your order, we may use insulated packaging or ice packs to maintain freshness.
  2. Delivery Issues
    If your order arrives damaged, or you believe there has been an error in delivery, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the perishable nature of food items, we have a strict return policy in place.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, all food items are non-returnableunless they are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect upon arrival. We cannot accept returns on food products once they have been opened or consumed.
  2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect items, and we will either offer a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost.
  3. Refunds
    Refunds are only applicable to damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items. If eligible for a refund, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 4 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  4. Cancellations
    You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
